Julia Cadwallader
Being an inquisitive person, she has always been looking to learn more things. Her path has been largely shaped by her interests in learning about other individuals, their lifestyles, cultures, religions, and how they find balance within themselves. Apart from her involvement with Martial Arts, Yoga and Tai Chi, she has also taught Visual arts and Media in P1-12 schools and TAFE (Technical and Further Information). These experiences have helped her understand how to cope with stress, reconnect with self, and find clarity in life.

Testimonial From Artist
Here the artist shares a few words about their work, creative process, and experience, giving context to the project.
Emily Hartwell
Primary School Art Teacher
“Julia’s colouring books are unlike anything I’ve used in the classroom. The students naturally become quieter, more focused, and more relaxed while colouring, and the affirmations gently encourage positive thinking without them even realising it. It’s creativity and well-being working together beautifully.”
Marcus Llewellyn
Wellness Workshop Facilitator
“I’ve incorporated Julia’s posters into my stress-management sessions, and the response has been incredible. Participants feel calmer, more present, and leave with something tangible they’ve created that continues to support them at home.”
Sophie Nguyen
Counsellor and Community Support Worker
“These books provide a safe, non-threatening way for people to settle their thoughts. Colouring while reflecting on the affirmations helps clients open up emotionally in a very natural way. It’s a simple tool with powerful effects.”
Rachel Morgan
Adult Colouring Enthusiast and Blogger
“I’ve used many colouring books over the years, but Julia’s feel different. There’s a sense of purpose behind the designs. I don’t just colour to pass time; I colour to feel better, and I truly do.”
Daniel Roberts
TAFE Educator in Visual Arts
“Julia’s background in teaching and well-being shines through every page. Her books are thoughtfully created, accessible to everyone, and encourage mindfulness without ever feeling forced or complicated.”
